She texts while driving all the time, she drives at 80+ mph on the motorway so close to the car in front she can smell the driver's aftershave. She's given me a lift one time. I'll never get in her car again. The only thing this PSA has accomplished is spending many thousands upon thousands of taxpayers money. I doubt it will have any effect on habitual texters.
